The appeal is the seafront position and proximity to the departure area, while room condition and the exact bed arrangement deserve careful attention.
Choose it for the mainland stage of the journey
Booking.com places the property in Ban Pak Ba Ra and describes sea-view accommodation with air conditioning, balconies and private bathrooms. Displayed guest comments repeatedly connect the stay with onward travel from the pier. That makes it a plausible overnight stop when an arrival on the mainland and an island departure cannot sensibly be treated as one continuous stage.
The hotel is not on Ko Tarutao. Staying here does not confirm that a particular boat stops at Tarutao, nor that every departure advertised for Ko Lipe includes the same island calls. Before settling the overnight plan, identify the actual operator, boarding point and destination for the intended date. The reason to stay near a pier is to simplify a confirmed journey, rather than use the hotel address as evidence of a boat timetable.
